At Orion Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or your item is faulty, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds for change of mind will be issued as store credit or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.
Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

Screen protectors, cables, and accessories that have been opened or used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
How to Return an Item

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
